Marc has over 35 years of independent HR technology consultancy and is the President and Founder of Marc S. Miller Associates, specializing in HR Technology Strategic Planning, Needs Analysis, Vendor Evaluation, and Cost Justification.
He is considered an HR Technology Thought Leader, and one of only a few independent sole proprietor consultants in the industry. Other than being a keynote speaker, he is an author of several books, his newest being – The Death of HR.
